I had won 2 auction totaling over $2600.00. I made my payment and scheduled my pickup time. I have a receipt that show that I now own the items. Maxsold then informed me that the seller pulled out of auction after completion. My fund are now tied up for 7-10 days. Extremely annoying that because their contract was broken, I as the buying consumer is now having to put my life on hold while most of my funds are tied up with maxsold. I have been instructed to send endless email explaining the situation. My plan is to now file a lawsuit against the seller for items they refuse to release to me because she claims she didn't receive enough for her items. Fraud all around. Terms and conditions state that once payment is received it is a legally binding contract. I have my receipt showing I own these items. No where does it state 7-10 for refunds on situation that are out of my control. Very disappointing in the response from Maxsold. BUYER BEWARE.

This was an awesome experience. All the staff I worked with were very competent and helpful. I used MaxSold to direct the entire process and they did not disappoint. My goal was to have most of my household goods removed from my home as part of my downsizing project. This goal was met. I am a satisfied MaxSold customer.
