If it isn't working to your satisfaction you are welcome to bring it in and we will test it for you free of charge. Unfortunately we can only help if we are made aware of the issue and in this case the first contact we have had since purchase was this review. I bought bluespark box from these guys for my 2015 transit custom,what a waste of money, it had absolutely no gains at all, I eventually had my van remapped my god it is ballistic,don't waste your money with these guys.

Hi Adam, Thanks for the review. When removing the plug from the box there is a releasing button that you must press down. So long as you do this the connector is able to be removed easily.

10/10 for customer service but their boxes are a bit clunky to put on and take off, definitely need better adapters on the end so its a smooth fit for ease of installation and removal.

The only problem I have is ,since the installation of the product I have lost the pops and bangs on my 595 and the turbo lag seems worse than before. If these issues could be rectified i would give the product 5

Hi there A C, Since first replying to your review, then checking up the few purchases that this could possibly relate to, I am confident that you have reviewed the wrong company. We wouldn't and categorically haven't ever refused a refund in the situation you describe. So long as the issue was reported, postage delays do not in any way affect our refund policy. I have checked all of our purchases for 2019+ Audi A6 models and none have been purchased by a customer with the initials "A C". The few recent purchases that match a car of that description I have followed up with personally. If you did make a purchase from our company (Bluespark Automotive Ltd), please call us and ask to speak to Edd. Tread carefully before parting with your cash. I purchased a plug in unit from these for a one year old Audi A6 tdi auto. After installation there was little difference in performance, the biggest difference is awful hesitations at higher revs confusing the gearbox. When reported they told me to return the unit which I did only to have it sent back as undelivered. They then denied this and said I was too late for a refund. From the way the mapping works would suggest theyre simply playing around with little knowledge. Theres plenty more local outfits who would set you up with a decent unit.
