I didn't get the guys name, but had a two tone grey hat on. He was extremely helpful, any question he answered with genuine knowledge not trained knowledge and really knew what he was talking about. Slightly more expensive, but I still shop there hoping they pay well enough to keep the good people there. Knowledge is the most valuable thing, paying slightly more makes it worth it, Amazon doesn't offer advice or take care of their people.

Always 3 times the price of the other chain stores, I would like to say the service is great buts it's more to the fact of awful. I brought my weed trimmer to them for warranty work. I left it with them and called weekly. After two weeks the guy told me it's going to be a month to get it back? Why wouldn't you tell me that in the beginning? I would of taken it to the Southside and split the time. I realize that they are the only game in town in Ashland but save yourself money and time, drive 10 minutes and get a better product
