Horrible service. You call CS and they place you on hold then the recording tells you to call back later. You cant speak to anyone. No invoices when online payments made. Is this company in the US?

Horrible customer service.... I've been calling for weeks and NO ONE picks up the phones. My kids just graduated and i didn't get the pictures because no picks up....

By far the worst customer service experience. Bad for business , no phone operator introduction, inaccurate log information, long wait times on producing and processing merchandise. Products takes months versus weeks to receive. No follow up emails or correspondence to consumer who purchase goods. Delays in shipment. Horrible school choice for professional photography.
