Disappointing experience. Despite ordering per the linked size chart for the item and following all notes, my item arrived way too large and the lettering was not centered/scaled. I sent photos showing how I measured and how the item turned out. The response was the item ordered is a looser fitting jacket. I would have suggested a Medium if you called or chatted (not sure if you did or not). Or if you like your jackets fitted, you could have maybe ordered a Small. If I had measured wrong or interrupted the size chart or notes incorrectly, I would have owned the mistake. The linked size chart and notes dont appear to be correct for the item I ordered. I dont feel they were able to give me a certain correct size to have ordered even after the fact. Im left with an unusable item.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We really appreciate it as it can only help us improve our service. You are right, we have had issues in the past with account managers coming and going. The last thing we would want to do is make you feel like you werent a priority. This year we have a rock star staff. Everyone has been on the team for over a year to ensure you can continue to work with the same account manager. When we dont deliver high quality we want to work with you to make it right. We are a smaller team and in recent years have felt that we are not an 'important customer' to TLU so we tend to get put on the back burner. We have used TLU for the past 4 years and have had 4 different account reps due to the previous ones moving on to other jobs. They do create beautiful costumes within your set price range, but last years costumes arrived with holes and glue marks on them where it looked like they took rhinestones off of the costumes. Sizing runs small.
