Brought in a hat I needed custom embroidered and hadn't heard anything from them almost a week later when I needed the hat. Called them and they told me they couldn't even do what I wanted done! Waited all this time to have to be the one to call them and find out they couldn't do it. Now probably won't even be able to have anything done to it because now I only have a days notice to find someone else. Very unprofessional with the lack of communication with customers. Never bringing service here again, I'd rather just drive somewhere where maybe the people that work there actually know what they're doing.

This is a great place. Lots of clothing and sportswear options. Right on the square in Paola. I was having some custom names embroidered on a hat and jacket. Very reasonably priced. The staff was also very helpful and friendly! I'll be back.

Ive always tried to support small and local businesses like D4S. For being a such a small business, they sure were quick to deny my request for a spirit wear order because my order was not big enough and not worth the time. The team jerseys I ordered were way overpriced but I still ordered them because they were local. The jerseys turned out great but they messed up my coaches T-shirt order. I couldve ordered online for 1/2 the price but chose to ignore the negative reviews I have heard from multiple people and try them out for myself. Needless to say I will not use D4S in the future. The staff taxed my order twice and then tried to ignore it. The staff was rude and always seemed annoyed when I would come to the store.
