Hi I am sorry you feel disappointed in your system as we take a lot of time designing and supplying quiet and high quality ventilation systems with 1000s of satisfied customers , You should not have cross talk issues etc as we use a radial duct system and if you contact me or your sales manager we will look at the system for you Regards Gary

I had a mvhr system designed and supplied by BPC. I also used one of their installers. The installers didn't do a great job and the MVHR system specified by BPC is quite average - lot of cross talk, poor location of vents, thermal losses in ducts, and expensive + hard to source filters for the air handling unit.

Hi Bev I can not find you on our system under this name but we always take customer care and satisfaction very seriously and please contact me directly as i can not understand why or how you could have 1 to 2k worth of items left over and if there was this left over why the goods were not returned to us for a refund Regards Gary

Our original quote for a complete system was very good value, with two machines and all pipework, bends, connectors, plenums, valves and diffusers included. Then a guy called Alan Burns took over and immediately upgraded the machinery to substantially more expensive units. We refused these and requested that we proceed as already suggested. He then proceeded with an updated design spec for the entire system and handed us a bill for several thousand more than we had expected. By this time, several months had passed and we needed to install the system urgently so we agreed to go ahead as long as the original cheaper units were included. The various parts came at different times, many pipes and corners were severely dented and battered. When a local installer eventually came to fit everything, he was shocked to see that we had been sold many more parts than necessary despite providing BCP with a clear plan of our building. He estimated that we'd been overcharged in the region of 1000-2000 for the pipes and dozens of bends and connectors we'd received which are generally around 4 each online. Bottom line - this company are not to be trusted, they over-sold to us and ripped us off in the process. Avoid them like the plague!

Bought twice from here now first time I was a new by to MHRV so had endless questions. All were answered in detail with patience and a genuine friendliness. I bought three ventilation units and all the ducting at by far the best prices I could find online. Delivery was prompt and no missing items apart from the ones I forgot. Second experience was equally pleasant with all items arriving promptly and intact. I am based in Devon and there were no significant delivery delays highly recommend BOC. Dave.

We can highly recommend BPC, we bought our Heat Recovery Ventilation System from them and they were very knowledgeable in response to any questions and extremely helpful with all aspects of the installation. Super Customer Service from start to finish.

Return policy is a joke, you will be lucky if you get 40%-50% of what you paid for unused item, still have not received my refund even return was delivered weeks ago. Just save yourself hassle and buy from ebay or amazon
