We transferred here from the Morton Grove location and I have to say I was quite disappointed. My son had a regression due to this being a new location, new students and new coaches. We where told to sit to the side and have him watch until he's ready. Boom half of the season passed and my son never became ready. The coaches never came by to talk to him to try to get him excited or to have him become comfortable with them. We stopped going and signed him up for baseball and when my son began to cry at baseball the coach came down to my sons level and with within a min he was out playing baseball. It was amazing to see. I really wish this could have been the case with soccer.

This is one of those programs that clearly got too big across Chicago and it shows. I have previously taken my nephews to the location in Glenview so I had a little experience on the program and this location is subpar. Things to know : The yearly membership is clearly a cash grab by greedy management as there are no perks or discounts to being a member vs other facilities . Expensive poor quality uniform * Check Goodwill and you can get a uniform which you can wash. * You can't choose or be made aware of the coaches prior to signing up for classes and your experience with coaches can be hit or miss. You can have a great coach that your child gets attached to and they will regress in the next session as they get a completely different coach who they need to get used to . Not exactly taking into account how children learn by! While this location has free Parking and class packages are affordable, the program standards have gone down in comparison to the suburb locations.

I have nannied for 30 years all across the Chicagoland area, have taken kids to many other Little Kicker facilities and this one experience was by far the WORST. The coach had no control over the class and looked like she just woke up and came to class. Instead of an organized soccer class like I am used to, this was parents attempting to follow a coach who clearly didnt want to be there. I complained to a young woman who I was told was in charge and she REFUSED to give me her name as well as rudely told me that I could schedule a makeup class. Clear example of the youngster generation who cant take criticism, is ill-mannered and has no respect . She didnt care that I had 30 years of experience and that I tried to help and give child friendly tips and instead got her snotty attitude. Parents are not paying hundreds of dollars for this. Trust me and stick to the suburb locations or the outdoor classes as I have had a way better experiences there in the past. I do have to be just and say that they have the best Covid rules for any childcare center I have been to and thats the only reason that they get one star though it should be half a star.
