Bought a vape 2 days ago. Just put the vape on a charger and it won't charge. Bought a new charger and the vape still won't charge. Called the store and explained the situation, they said they can't switch out the vape.. ... a faulty vape that won't charge... complete bs. Very unhappy and extremely unprofessional!
I was in your store on Wednesday 1/30/2019. I walked in and spoke to the cashier. After, I went into your glass humidor and started trying to locate the cigar I wanted. I noticed from my left that the cashier was acting if he was playing on his phone and looking to see what I was doing. I opened the sliding door and asked him was there an issue and why he was profiling me. He said that was instructed to stand down at the counter by the humidor and stare to prevent people from stealing. It really made me uncomfortable and became really angry with him because I havent had any issues like this in the past. He called the manager out and the manager said this is the policy of your location. I left and was really upset. I normally order cigars on line but would use your location when I was low on cigars. Never again. I will defiantly put the word out. You have lost a customer. Unbelievable!!!! And by the way I still purchased 2 cigars...Also your manager needs a lesson in customer service. When I told him that I would never shop there again, he just humped his shoulders.
Rude rude rude employee. So much so that I left without even making my purchase. Too many other places to go than to buy from someone so awful.
