I called in on 3/29/2022 and a gentleman by the name of Kellie answered. I stated I need assistance with helping find what size rotors I need for my tires. I explained to him that this has been a lengthy and frustrating process for me to figure out the sizes due to already taking it to JiffyLube (they wouldn't tell me the sizes of my rotors UNLESS i was specifically getting the Brake and Rotor change services from THEM) I left with my vehicle and looked into Autozone, RnR,and Fats - they all stated I could call Chevy South Anchorage and they can look up what sizes I need by VIN since my vehicle is CHEVY (those autoplaces can only look up make and model not my rotor size). After stating this Kellie said why dont I just get the measurements from Autozone since I am buying parts from them? (In a very rude and condescending tone) I told him I already asked Autozone (which I prior stated to him already) and he stated that it was simply a joke (Why is he making a joke at a time when I stated this was frustrating and stressful!). I asked to speak with someone else (Someone who would be willing to help me "seriously" - he interrupted stating "Wow it was just a joke - If you want help just give me the last number of your VIN" in a very HOSTILE TONE and then again stated can I speak with someone else and he said NOBODY ELSE is available. So I asked for his name and his managers name (Brian) and hung up. This entire interaction was unacceptable and beyond discouraging customer service. I reached out to you guys for help in a STRESSFUL situation and you guys made it a joke. Please do better.
DO NOT GO HERE! Very unprofessional and only cares about the money. I found a vehicle I was really interested in, so I called the dealership and talked to a gentleman named Steve. We scheduled an app to look at the car 6 days out. He told me he would let me know if anyone was interested in the vehicle and he would text me and give me a heads up. He called a day before confirming the appointment and we stuck with the time of 5pm. The day of the app we arrived at 4:30 and waited at least 20min before we even got greeted. There was no one at front desk and no one walking the line with the vehicles. We waited till 5:40 until we decided to leave and luckily we did because we found a new and better vehicle at Lithia Dodge and Ram dealership. As we left we check online and found out our Vehicle was sold and we were never informed by Steve or even tried Calling to reschedule his app he had with us. If he wasn't being greedy he could of easily sold another car because we were willing to buy a car there
Mark at the quick service is a great guy, excellent sense of humor, and talking with him makes for a great start of your day when dropping off in the early morning. The shuttle was clean and the driver very smooth and responsible. The dealer itself is outdated, it could use a huge face-lift to modernize it. After all, with this insane car market, they should have no problem saving a few bucks to remodel
I definitely recommend their tire change over and oil change department. Their service department (to actually fix you car issues) here are some tips. Tips for the next person making an appointment. I made an appointment to take a look at my car they scheduled me a week out at 7am. They new exactly what we needed checked out. We bring in a day prior and leave the keys. They tell my husband as far as he understood that they would take a look at it but wouldnt be able to work on it until 1 wk. I call the same day to confirm they will be taking a look at my car the next day at the schedule 7am appt just to make sure. The lady confirmed on the phone. Come present day they never took a look at it and rep said he told my husband it would be a week to look at it. Even overheard them taking to each other it would actually be 1 to 2 wks to take a look at the check engine light thats turned on the car. I called today 3 hours prior to closing no answer, sent a msg via text like the automated text said I could do. Also no response. I called again and same lady who confirmed I had a 7am appointment said he (the rep) was still at lunch I left a voice message. Seeing as no one could tell me what was wrong with my car I showed up. They then told me they hadnt take a look at it and the rep who was working with us was at lunch. Still at lunch. A little over an hour since I was told he was still at lunch. I waited an hour before closing to go in person to get answers. Turns out that the 7am appt to look at my car for the requested issue it showed on file wasnt going to be looked at until a week. Or as I found out while waiting for keys to go else where, actually up to two wks. Would of been nice to know that when I first made the appointment over the phone? So if you do make an appointment with service department make sure you get the name of the rep you are working with and who scheduled your appointment. Bc thats who will only answer your call for a status. No one else can help you. Also make sure you ask that if the 7am appointment you are scheduling is the time and date they will actually be taking a look at your car or if thats just a drop off date and time, that at the time of drop off you will then be informed of the actual approximation time of when they will hopefully be taking a look at the car.
