Construction hours legally start at 7:00 am in Los Angeles. This company operates out of legal hours starting at 5:30 am almost daily despite warnings by government agencies and the LAPD. When asked directly, they claim that they will stop, but continue to do so. The construction site is located at 640 S Santa Fe Avenue, directly next to residential units. They are dishonest and will have issues pulling permits in the future.

Ron Wood is one of the most deceitful people I have ever meet in the industry, and this is why I withdrew as a potential applicant with Pankow. During a phone call with him he bashed the "Millennials" stating, among their qualities, they had no critical thinking, they needed their hand held, They wanted to have a top shelf job straight out of college, they thought they were smarter than his generation, and that there was a definite disconnect between their employee pool and new college grads. He might know how to perform his trade, but is lacking in knowledge. He should think twice as to who he is speaking to.
