Ok here goes if you want to have a beautiful flawless event DO NOT I repeat DO NOT hire these people!!!!! First off she quit a week before the wedding, second my brother and his now wife left her so many messages she NEVER returned their calls. Every time they asked for something for their wedding she would ask for a ridiculous amount of money yet my brother would find it for so much cheaper. She NEVER kept to the budge all she wanted was money. If something cost $1000 she would say its $5000, my brother and his wife turned to be smarter and didnt fall into her rabbit hole!!!! A week later the photographer quit why?!?!?!!!! Thats because they were partners thats why, who on earth does this a week before the wedding NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!!!! They got lucky the venue helped them and they found a planner last minute thank goodness it turned out to the most beautiful wedding ever thanks to those so called event planners that bailed out, so if you want your event to turn out hire ANYONE OTHER THEN EVENT PRODUCTIONS!!!!!

If you are looking for a wedding or a special event planner, I highly recommend you DO NOT use this lady regina burns and her business rise event production . She was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She did not work with us, we would call and text her for weeks and she will never answer or reply. Then shell email us and say I WAS BUSY you are getting paid to do a job so DO your job because if you cant handle it then you are in the WRONG business. She recommended her friend who is from seven roads media to be the photographer and this kid did not know what he was doing he brought a broken camera and took horrible pics for our engagement photos. I honestly seen better pics on a 1990 Nextel phone . thats not even the worst part, they both decided to bail out on us SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING but thank god we found this one lady to coordinate the wedding and she did a GREAT job, she has done more work in 7 days then this lady did in months not to mention the photographer she brought along were AMAZING and they actually knew what they were doing. I will post her in my Instagram @yazied_assad giving the best shout out ever. Shes the person to go to for a great plannerbut Right now Im focusing on this unprofessional lady regina burns and her unprofessional business rise event production that she should Really change the name to SHITTY EVENT PRODUCTION , if you want a planner for your special day I highly recommend you look pass this planner and hire yourself a professional, I suggest you look for another plannerANYONE but her and if you are looking for awesome pics STAY AWAY FROM seven roads media unless you like pics and vids that look like they belong in low budget films and I thank god he bailed out because my wedding would have had the worst pics

I used to own an event planning company and had to downsize. I was extremely stressed out because I had clients I needed to refer and I knew in the future others would ask me who I would recommend. I am EXTREMELY picky with my expectations of event planners. Details, presentation, customer satisfaction, idea generation... these are just a couple of the things I expect. I wasnt sure what I was going to do. And then... into my life a little Rise appeared. Regina and the Rise Event Production team are out of this world. For starters, as the owner, Regina is beyond incredible. I call her mini-me (shes a pint-size package of passion) with her level of attentiveness and event enthusiasm. She runs this company as I ran mine and I have the greatest level of respect for her. Regina has personally been I in producing many events I have been a part of in my new career role and theyve gone amazingly. She also took over a few of my past clients, and even though its hard for me to admit, I think they like her better. Lol!! Of course, Im being a bit silly, but I have had them ALL share rave reviews. Fast forward to the world of the pandemic. Regina embraced the disruption and became a leader in virtual and hybrid events. She and her team worked tirelessly to learn the nuances and challenges and platforms, etc of the new world of events and are doing it flawlessly. Unfortunately for everyone across the globe there is always the chance of getting a call from a friend you saw who tells you they have COVID and now you need to quarantine. No big deal, right? Wrong... when you have a massive decor installation and setup in a couple days for a very influential client. Well, the crazy event planner people tend to flock together so when she needed an extra set of hands she called me and I didnt hesitate to help out. Now, as a previous business owner I wasnt sure how it would go with me having to take direction from someone else, I was going to throw caution to the wind and try. WOW am I glad I did. The Rise Event Production team I worked with was OUTSTANDING. Leadership was great and the whole team were a pleasure to work alongside. Of course, mini-me (aka Regina) had total faith in her team, but also wanted them to know she supported them so she made herself available and video-conferenced in for any questions. Lastly, Regina has a huge heart. She has chosen a few key organizations to partner with and give services to and she always delivers on her word. I give a wholehearted recommendation to Rise Event Production for on-ground, hybrid, and virtual events. Essentially if you can imagine it... they can create and execute it with precision.

Regina and the whole Rys team are absolutely professional excellent planners that go above and beyond for their customers. As a caterer it has always been a pleasure to partner with her on events!
