Very disappointing. After driving around for 35 minutes waiting for a parking space in an unmarked bay (not that difficult to find the car again as there are too few spaces) the one elevator was out of order. The prices were nothing great. Bunnings & Dan Murphy are far cheaper. I don't believe they have a fixed price mark-up as I know wine prices and either they are buying retail or not being truthful about the alleged 19% mark-up. Food quality is good. The aisles are unmarked so you don't know where to find things. Certain goods are bulk-packed on upper shelves so you can't get a price or get to the item. All round quite poor actually!

I was there 3 times. I wouldn't say that it is significantly cheaper. The trolley is awful. They're really heavy. These are definitely cheapest as they were not tested. The constructor of that trolley didn't think about safety. Usually the basket is longer than the bottom part. In that case you may be just pushed into your butt. What is not so painful. Using that trolley somebody may hit you (or your kids) into your leg(s). Last time a man at the entrance hit my pregnant wife. Chinese woman from their stuff who was standing and checking membership cards started laughing. I cancelled my membership that day. If I knew all that from the very begging I wouldn't go there even if the membership was free. I'd better spend these 60$ in nearest shop.What is more disappointing is that nobody think about safety. In my country children under 10 years weren't allowed in the similar shop. There was a big room with the TV and games for kids.

Selection for food is great - 5 stars Selection for other stuff is also great - 4 stars Quality of the food is great - 5 stars Quality of the other stuff for sale is good - 4 stars Although the claim is that prices are really really good, that is not quite the case. It is similar to ALDI I can get Smoked salmon cheaper, i can get meat cheaper, i can get most clothing and shoes cheaper, and without having to buy bulk,..... and without a membership cost. Anyhow: - based on goods quality and variaty 4 to 4.5 stars - based on price (without counting the membership cost) 3 stars - based on price (counting membership cost) 2 stars - based on having to travel all the way to Lidcombe to get the above, 2 stars. Average 3 stars
