Awful.. First time we have flown from there after making 10 flights from Manchester in the last 10 months. Absolute chaos... No order. People checking in bags and those not checking in bags queuing for an hour in the same queue. Chaos at the gate. Chaos getting on the plane. Stay clear..

Given the recent travel chaos, everything at this end went smoothly. All staff that dealt with us were friendly and charming Had to knock a star off due to an uncomfortable 20-30 minute wait on the plane waiting for buses to take us back to the terminal building once the aircraft had landed. The crew were apologetic, but surely could have been avoided. Everything was spot on up to then, from departure to landing.

Jet 2 service perfect. Check in to clearing security took 10 mins. Duty free very good with helpful staff. Drink and food prices are expensive. With limited seating in busy times
