Our first time coming and hopefully our last!!! Our appt was set for 3am...got to the gate at 2:30am!!! Got put on the door right away...but they was only getting 6 palletts off our truck right!!! It took them until 9am to do that!!! Yall could have knocked that out in no time!!! We had another stop at 10am to finish unloading...but yall people made us late for!!! And I think yall did that bs on purpose cause it was yall competition!!! But it was all good...they still took us anyway lol!!!

Very disappointed in this location. Been to the BURRIS in Connecticut and always a good experience. First time here. Arrive 0640 for my 0700 and got in door at 0650. No one started unloading me until 0900. At the same time a truck that got in the door next to me was gone before I was started. Truck 1 hour arrive after me gone 1 hour before me. Truck 2hrs after me gone at least 45 min before me. Went in to check on my door after over 3hrs and was given the how dare I check treatment saying they'll bring the paper work out when finished. Had to make a 1pm appointment that was 2hrs away and he just looked at me like so what. Very frustrating. And yes I will respond to the email with the names if the owner responds to this. I only had a 26 pallet single stack load with two items on the list, so a very easy unload.
