At first was happy with software. But with every update there comes a ton of bugs which they dont test and therefore they stick around a while. The last time they updated the bugs still persist and are affecting my business. Very Unprofessional customer service. I would go elsewhere, as I am.

Really the best platform out there. Good customer support and easy to learn/use. I'd recommend ProEst to anyone looking to make their process a lot easier. We were just using Bluebeam and spreadsheets before and it became a nightmare. We've been really pleased with how much time we've saved. It's insane! Doing more bids, winning a lot more, all around great software.
