Terrible software! Long wait times to reach product support. I would look into other software before looking at ChiroTouch.

I was told to create a case and it would be the easiest and quickest way to get help my case was opened for 7 days no one reached out. I called back to back 5 times and got no support. Megan reached out and said it would be expedited and she will be in contact with me through out fixing the issue they messed up on . its been past 24 hours no one has reached out my issue is not fixed. I cannot generate the ledgers needed for the patients attorney its a horrible customer support experience.
The story is, their product could be great. It's just not. Mostly because it doesn't function consistantly and without error. We are constantly calling support to get things fixed. The excuses we get is that "it just happens", while they fix the glitch, and then they say it could happen again. Ipad apps mostly don't work well. The extra services function sometimes, but you will pay all the time. I would not invest in this product again.
