Seems like a nice place but I paid for a gift card that was never emailed to me. Went back and the guy at the front desk said he would fix it but I still did not receive an email. I'm now out $100 with no Christmas gift. Would not recommend.

I was super excited to visit the Houston Center For Photography and it was on my list of galleries to visit. After leaving a near by museum my boyfriend asked me if I wanted to stop by so we did. As soon as we walked in I said Hello to the two guys sitting at the desk... neither of them said a word. Didnt greet us at all... didnt tell us anything about the gallery... NOTHING. One of the guys looked up and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I started to proceed further into the gallery to start viewing then I turned to my boyfriend and told him that I would rather leave because that was completely rude... so we left. As an artist and someone that visits galleries and museums quite often I was very turned off by that... Ive never been to a gallery and was completely ignored before now. VERY RUDE...
