This company was a struggle to work with for our control 4 system for years, however now that my father in law is living there it has become more of a struggle. Working with the elderly, you have to explain all options and not just the most expensive or least work for the tech. My father-in-law was left with a TV that does not work and a system that does not work. Its shameful to impact the elderly during quarantine and leave them with nothing to watch or listen to, since they cannot hear it. Truly sad!

Wanted to give a shout out to David Keller and Custom integrators. My audio/video system is almost 2 years old and David not only answered all my questions after business hours, but logged in and reprogrammed my Control4 system to get my Directv and TV working. He has always gone the extra mile for me and my family. Recommend these guys to do all your structured wiring and smart home features including all the audio/video system. Thank you
