I'm a little late with sharing about my experience with Stephen's firm. But, I can say with certainty that they were a really big help to me when I was getting ready to announce the re-branding of my property management company last year. Stephen really helped me to see the importance of pacing myself, by doing a gradual, staged roll-out in order to have a greater impact on my existing customers. If I had done it "my" way, I'd have just had a single announcement at the wrong time that had the potential of falling flat. Lisa had a lot of fun with my brand and she helped me to incorporate elements in my messages to accentuate a continual theme, which I found to be super useful.
