Do not work with McKay Wilkerson. It took me 4 months trying to get my custom sweatshirts made with him. It took multiple attempts of me reaching out to him (sometimes 3-4 emails in a row) before he would respond. Was not helpful or proactive in any way in keeping me updated on the status of my order that I tried to place. After the 4 months, I gave up and will be taking my business elsewhere.

They can do everything, and they have amazing customer services, but I just wish their prices were a little lower.

Interform has the best customer service I've ever experienced. There was a mistake in my order, the size shirt I order and the size I received were not consistent. I was trying to schedule a promotional photoshoot and needed the replacement as quickly as possible. Not only did they respond to my email immediately - but expediting the shipping was not a problem. There was no hassle, no "we are unable to ..." statements. Just solid, quick, friendly correspondence followed by ACTION. This is an amazing company, and I'm so glad my organization uses Interform for our company store!
