Unreliable. Our order was screwed up multiple times, resulting in over two months of delays for sweatshirts, despite providing the owner with a list of what was missing each time. We were given a new excuse each time, including "my friend was in the ER." I don't see how that translates into a 2 week delay for 15 sweatshirts. I am sympathetic to unfortunate circumstances, but if you can't perform the service people are paying for, you should allow them to take their business elsewhere. We won't ever use Select again.
Placed an order for a dozen hats on Nov 16th and I have yet to receive anything but excuses for 5 months. This is the second time I have these issues with select embroidery but I decided to give them another chance. At this point I've decided to go somewhere else. It's a shame that that they take no pride in having the privilege of being buissness owners.
We used this company to do shirts for a Tradeshow. The first year, they were very late and got us the shirts the day we had to leave for the show. Thankfully, they fit and were ok. This year, we needed a few more shirts. We went in a full Month before the show and she promised she would have them done. We called everyday for a week before the show and in the end, they were not done. Lost our business.
