It took over 3hrs for an oil change when I made an appointment. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but it's happened twice now. An oil change should take no more than 45min. No one even mentioned it would take longer than normal. I started going here thinking it would be good to use my car package and not have to pay for oil changes, but I'd rather pay $60 to be in and out at jiffy lube in 30min than pay $0 for a 3.5hr oil change. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to work on your car first thing?

Bought an aftermarket sport truck that was over priced ok no problem the issue is all the problems with it .its been in the dealership since I purchased it and still not right.

This place would be a one star if they didn't bribe customers to write positive reviews. Can't even call Saturday morning to check for a part. You get put on hold and hung up on over and over and over again. Apparently they can only afford to hire one person on a Saturday to work in the parts department. Service department is just as bad, I'll never buy another vehicle from Sheehy Ford, there is absolutely no customer service.
