Worst company to go through. My mother was working with an agent named Chris. He helped her get information on her taxes but when she realized that she couldn't afford the services this company was providing, Chris was very rude and wouldn't let my mom cancel the services. She signed up for a loan for this company and we called Chris multiple times to get assistance on how to cancel it. He placed us on hold multiple times and in different days, just to tell us it is through a 3rd party. Now a month later, we get a call that the loan was never cancelled and that we had to go through Nationwide Tax Services. English is my mothers second language and the way Chris manipulated her as if he was helping her and when we couldn't move forward, he left her without any help to get the loan cancelled. I am upset and appalled at this type of service. With everything happening in the world right now, we do not need this type of customer service.

Terrible experience!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This was supposed to taken care of last August when I agreed to pay the loan back for the IRS audit you guys was supposed to fix. The IRS took my entire refund and Im still paying on a loan from this company for no reason! Nothing has been done and every number you all called me on back in August is just ringing or sends me to voicemail. My patience has run out. Never again!!

COVID has been the worst thing to ever happen to my business. I lost everything and now the IRS is garnishing my new job wage. Its incredible this is what i get for being in this country insane!!! Greenlaw Tax got me squared With the IRS and got my garnishment lifted . At least now Im able to pay for bills.

Everything was going great at first. Conversations sounded positive, felt like they were going to help us get our taxes in order. After the first few payments, conversations started getting shorter. They seemed too busy to speak with us. After paying them over $2500 they were stopped responding. Did not return phone calls or emails. At one point, the phone number to our contact went to a car rental company.
