Drees Customs Homes at Wolf Ranch has been a very stressful process for my family. They have overextended themselves with new construction to such an extend, that they are using poorly trained contractors to hastily build as many houses as possible. We have had the same area of the roof leak 3 TIMES, in addition to other areas of the roof leaking, drainage issues in the yard, extremely poor finishing work (paint, caulking, windows), they failed the neighborhood HOA inspection with exterior lighting and landscaping issues, ......I can keep going, but it stresses me out to list everything. I hold back on the 1-star rating because I really like the salesman and the repair staff have been very professional. You can clearly see that they care, but that they are just stretched too thin. I would caution anyone from purchasing a Drees Home until these issues are addressed.

Updated review! The lot grade was done one day after I completed the survey and we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Our backyard was graded roughly half the size of the existing homes built on our street. It looks TERRIBLE! In addition, the expensive concrete covered patio is cracked from the house to the end after only two months! We can't move forward with even trying to fix the eye sore we call a backyard until they fix this, which they've known about for 4 weeks! Timing from start to finish was off about 25 days and a few standard items should be shown for a visual such as jack and jill bath and offered an upgrade. Love our new home but not even close to happy with the process!

Horrible to their neighbors. Drees is building several homes in The Hollows(Lago Vista, TX) and their work crews have been trashing the neighborhood with their litter to the point where neighbors can't walk their dogs due to all of the food trash that has not only littered the homesite, but also neighboring homes and common areas in The Hollows. If their workers care so little about keeping their site clean, I'd be concerned about the quality of their work.
