APPALLING SERVICE! Now 36 hours on a 'BUSINESS' broadband service - no fix date from Zen, their 'support' staff have no idea what is going on, or indeed where the fault is, which is either at my local exchange, or 50 miles away in the middle of Norfolk - AVOID!!!!!!
Not the company they once were, my original review was five stars and I used to recommend them to everyone. The opposite is now true, I've tried to cancel with them and it's taken contacting them multiple times over the period of a month and I'm still non the wiser if they've cancelled my service. Edit: reduced further to 1 star, still not sorted!! I don't think they want you to cancel so just plainly refuse to, replying with canned responses. Edit: another few weeks and I think we're almost there, I must have 10+ ticket numbers now...
Had a problem with my landline telephone , called zen my supplier didn't have to wait long before an operator responded , told Alex my problem he informed me an engineer would come round in a couple of days ,in fact the engineer came next day fixed my phone , I have praise zen for there quick response and efficiency and it was free of charge ,what also helped was knowing where you were in the queue
We have just transferred to Zen from Sky. I remember Zen from quite a few years back now when they supplied the Internet service for our small office. I also remember how highly our software and computer engineer spoke of them. So becoming thoroughly sick of Sky for various reasons I thought I would change our service over to them. The switchover date went fine with no issues whatsoever. The Fritzbox router arrived a week or so before and set up was straightforward. I needed to speak to their customer service staff about a direct debit issue and got through quickly and was dealt with courteously and professionally. We are achieving download and upload speeds broadly in line with what was quoted for the service we have chosen. The cost is about 18 cheaper than what Sky were offering for their faster broadband package, which didnt better by much what we are achieving with Zen. At this stage all we can say is we are delighted with the service that Zen are offering us and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others
Disastrously run company; I wanted the line moving from flat to another and I was told that I would have to pay my contract off (350!)for that to happen, I paid 315 to terminate my contract instead. The staff try to sell products at any given opportunity and have no regard for there customers, there is no communication between the workers so avoid at all costs!!
