I wish I didnt have to give this establishment a star at all, because they definitely dont deserve it! I dropped my clothes off Wednesday morning at their satallite location at 3 Ravina Dr. and was advised my clothes will be ready on Friday at 5:30. I go to pick them up, just to be told that it wont be ready to Monday! No, I am sorry, we tried to reach you, no apology, just some excuse that there was a stain and we had to wash the piece multiple times! The pieces are cleaned but they wont be delivered here to Monday but you can drive to our warehouse and pick them up, which is in Marietta! So, I leave work early on a Friday evening to drive over an hour to get to this location. To get the same excuse about a stain and then to be offered a 10% discount! A 10% discount is an INSULT! I left work an hour early to drive an hour to pick up clothes that should have been ready for pickup at the location that I dropped them off at, and you want to offer a 10% discount! I spent more then 10% in gas and my time to drive to this location! The older man that I encountered at this location was down right RUDE! Horrible customer service! I will NEVER patronize either location again!

As part of a large return-to-office batch, we brought a brand-new shirt here. It actually came back with spots that werent there before. We took it back and asked them to fix it. They charged me five *more* dollars to fix their error. I recognize they are trying to make a living; but these will be the last five dollars we spend at Peach.

I have been coming to Peach Cleaners for many years and love the customer experiences do friendliness! My son was home on military leave and urgently needed a repair to his uniform. Anna stayed late to tailor his uniform and didnt even charge us. Highly recommend to support our local small business and this is the only dry cleaner service that I will use in Marietta.

This cleaners is the absolute worst! It was my first-time going to Peach Cleaners and all I can say is do not go to this place. I took a dress in to get hemmed. When I returned to pick up my dress, I noticed it had been patched/sewed up right in the front. I ask the lady up upfront what happened, and she gives me a blank stare and says we cleaned the dress. I informed her I came in to get the dressed hemmed, not cleaned. She never addressed the obvious. The experience was just unbelievable. They offered no apology and no explanation! The workers are not competent. Take your clothing at your own risk. AVOID THIS CLEANERS!!!
