I recent brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to Refurb Kings due to the phone not able connect to either the cellular or wifi network. After further diagnosis, the phone had to be shipped out to be repaired. After a week, they told me the phone couldnt be fixed, which is fine. The issue is, besides not being able to connect to the either the cellular or wifi network, the phone was functional and I was still able to access my pictures and other apps. When the phone was returned to me, the phone completely stopped working and had a line going down the iPhone screen. I called them and explained the situation, the manager was absolutely rude and told me to take it up with their legal team cause theyre not going to repair what they had done. How does a business with such bad customer service and accountability stay in business? The only recommendation I would give to people who are needing to service their phone is to stay far away from here.

Hello Yoo Emm, Thanks for your review and feedback, I looked up your transaction(s) and it looks like you bought an iPhone from us 6-8 months ago, then you recently came in to have that same device repaired (due to screen damage). Unfortunately once we sell you or anyone for that matter an iPhone or Android device, and once the customer creates a unique Apple ID/Google ID and password on a particular device we have no way of changing or breaking into your device. Your apple ID/Google ID is your identity almost like your social security number. I understand your frustration but we have no way to know yours or anyone for that matters Apple ID/Google ID. Furthermore we have no way to change your Apple ID/Google ID. Remember all of our devices include a complimentary 60 day warranty on repairs and all sold devices, our warranty does not cover an ID locked device, which was what you had repaired. I took my phone in to get the screen fixed. They gave it back and it was locked out and they changed my Apple ID. Ive took the phone to T-Mobile and apple and they told me that refurb kings did something to it. And it only makes sense! Do not get your phone fixed here they will mess it up.

My desktop PC (2 years old) was making some weird noises that I couldn't pinpoint the source. These guys were able to find the issue (a liquid cooling pump) and replace it for me. Everything is working good and the price was very fair. Would recommend - and if I have other PC issues I can't fix myself I'll probably be back.

Cool place but overpriced on certain things even though I like to support local small businesses, Im waiting for the Facebook live for discounts before I ever return! The manager/owner I think he is anyways. Hes a good person and tries to help out but it shouldnt be priced that high to begin with! Which the prices are that high because he chooses them prices and has many valuable customers. My husband and I will no longer Be loyal customers until inflation is over or hes back to the way it used to be price wise. Sometimes money gets to people and they just want more and more. Money Hungry is what I think its called idk?! #GoBack2TheOldDayPrices !!
