I'm mortified & sorry that was your customer service experience. We've had a significant staffing change & are much friendlier now that CrankyPants McGoo has retired. Before that it sounds like he just had the "tired" bit down. We keep small dogs in the showroom for snuggling on wallbeds with customers. We find this sort of Dog Therapy & laughing like wild hyenas to keep rudeness from our limited staff at bay. Feel free to swing by sometime, say hello to the dogs, & let me know if we've improved!

Hello Darrel, I apologize that your customer service experience was less than stellar with Steve. He's gone now, & more importantly so is the low bar for customer service. There were a lot of things this company "just didn't get" - like computers! We were still using carbon copy receipts in 2022 & physically driving paper work orders to the cabinet shop weekly & going over them in person, human to human. A lot has changed around here as far as time management & business practices that has hopefully granted a better customer service experience in the last couple of years. I do all the scheduling & follow up & don't wan't your balance until you're satisfied. This company is about bringing families together & making one's house a home. Sometimes, depending on geography & installation sizes, these relocations & smaller repair jobs are hard to work into the calendar without 3-4 weeks notice. We try to get to them within one week, but it's not always feasible. Our business has gotten busier with the pandemic, & we sort of feel like we're drinking from a fire hose...& yet we still don't have backup help, we can't afford it & it's not to be found. So again, apologies for your last experience with our company. That lack of follow through wouldn't fly with the current managing partner & logistics coordinator. We hope you understand that sometimes when Old White Men are on the cusp of retirement they really have that "tired" component down. If you need something in the future, please contact us...but keep in mind we need 2-3 weeks heads up if it's moving a wallbed or furniture for something like new flooring getting put in or a move. I hope you're still enjoying the furniture we built for you!

Called about a reinstall. Needed work done soon as we had indicated when we called for initial removal. What happened after this was unbelievable! I was told they had many new orders and couldnt come out for several weeks I advised that is not we agreed to. Steve basically said take your business elsewhere as he was too busy to work with an existing customer as they had many new customers. I advised I will reject my credit card debit and he said only half of it. What?? What kind of response is that? I then advised I tried to call earlier but was told he was unavailable. Who doesnt have backup help. This company just doesnt get it!! No customer service at all! Dont use this company if at all possible!
