No show for initial consult. Received a phone call 2hrs after the initial appointment time to reschedule. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and reschedule. For the following appointment, the representative was punctual and polite (1-star). Discussed and completed a project walk through; it's been months, never received a quote as discussed.

We had a fantastic experience with Bexar Essentials! Our master bathroom needed a make over and they delivered! We interviewed 4 contractors but Bexar Essentials stood out! From pricing to customer service and workmanship I can’t complain! Joe and Kim were excellent to work with. They were responsive at all times and best of all they made sure that we are happy and got what we wanted. Little adjustments were made but they were very accommodating. The guys (Ruben, Lupe and the rest of the crew) were professional. They were hardworking and courteous. Every time they leave for the day they made sure that the area is clean. My husband and I appreciated that! I was worried about the dust as I have allergies but that was not an issue. Overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company. Definite 5 stars!
