Staff is friendly but as a hairdresser nothing special and expensive too.

Please avoid at all costs! I am not one to write bad reviews but I had such an horrible experience I wish I had been be warned about this place before booking. My natural colour is dark blond and I went to this salon to get some subtle natural looking highlights. I am still not sure what Fernando did wrong. I suspect they got the recipe wrong or left the product on for too long. Anyway when dried my hair had turned yellow. A very saturated fake looking kind of colour. I was in shock. Fernando decided to colour dark on top to try fix it and also did a toner shampoo afterwards. After almost four hours and 4 shampoos, I was left with a light ginger ish colour on the roots and darker/brunette ends. Beside the fact that they ruined my colour, they also damaged my hair by colouring dark on top of the light highlights and shampooing so many times with the toner. I was speechless and felt in no good hands. At no point did Fernando had a reassuring word or apologised for the terrible experience. I felt he genuinely had no empathy at all and did not care. I was speechless. I have found my experience traumatising and I am nervous at the thought of trusting a hairdresser in future. Please avoid this place. You are not in good hands.

Absolutely cannot rate this place any higher, excellent service, great value and they know what they are doing. So professional, its taken me years to get the colour I wanted and they have delivered I cannot recommend this more to anyone who needs their hair looked after. Please book in for an appointment you will not be disappointed
