It is upsetting to hear someone who purchased a $5000 vehicle a year ago complain a year later about tires or a ASE Certified facility with 2 locations that has been in business 25 years strong. Why would you not have come forward to us than complain a 1 year later about an issue?? A Transmission can go on any used vehicle, especially a high mileage vehicle. That is why we tell customers to purchase warranties.Thanks :)

I bought a car almost a year ago. Not only was the owner slightly forceful and did not listen to any concerns he thought that he knew better than anyone and was upsetting to work worth at times. Im now having to give up on this vehicle. Ive spent almost as much as the car is worth to fix a bunch of things from back springs, to the entire exhaust system. Now Ive run into the whole transmission going. Along with advent auto, falsely passing the vehicles inspection, I had wires showing on both tires front tires, and all tire sensors were bad. I really was excited to get this new car, and its unfortunate that even with keeping up with every single scheduled maintenance that I was unable to keep this car. Every month its a new problem.

Financed a 2013 Chevy Malibu from ED 12-8-2021 the next day engine came on took the car to the place of purchase his worker hook something up it went off a week later needed lower control arms cause while driving my tire had a issue oh and the engine light came back on ED stated it might be minor like a o2 senor which the warranty I purchased would cover but no it was the ignition coil which was not covered by the warranty costing me $200 after paying car note and car insurance and $150 for a rental so Im not with out a car how about that was done 1-11-2022 and today 1-13-2022 the engine is back on oh I used his mechanic of choice

I bought a Chrysler minivan from Ed at WNY Auto a few weeks ago, and I couldnt be happier. I found the van through his Craigslist post. The vehicle is in great shape and was listed for a very reasonable price. It can be challenging to find used vehicles in good shape AND reasonably priced, but that is what this place specializes in. I appreciate that Ed shoots straight and was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely buy from this place again in the future and have told friends about it. I live about an hour away, and I think its worth a drive to buy a vehicle here.

Wow! Great place. Good and fair prices with quality vehicles.
