They took money from my uncle like three years back on Hajj's purpose, who couldn't pass through the lottery selection of 2022. So since the money was refundable, they failed to do that. We tried to contact them frequently, like three weeks back they said they're gonna sale property and will pay the amount, don't know how they come spent all the money from the company for personal use. After that in every possible way we keep contacting them they are not replying, and they ended up blocking my uncle's phone number who is fighting cancer. My uncle badly needs money for some surgery. They shouldn't play with such pious innocent people's religious emotions. Please never trust them. It's a big scam!

Assalumualaikum, i am crying while writing this review. I just spoke to my mom. She reached to saudi with this Arafa group. We paid in full for the whole package $7800. My mother she saved up her whole life for this Hajj and was finally able to buy this ticket. My father left us long before. She is a single mother who raised 5 kids by herself. All her life all she wanted is to go to Mecca and Medina and perform Hajj. She didn't buy expensive clothes or jewelry instead she saved that money for Hajj. She was a bit emotional while going to Hajj by herself because none of will be there with her. Beacuse she doesn't know about this world much. I would definately go with her if i could afford. So we had to let her go by herself. First of all she lost 1 of her luggage at the airport, (i know its not Arafa company's fault). But lets see if they help her get it back since she doesn't speak english or arabic. Second of all when she reach the hotel her NAME was not on the booking list, she was crying and telling me that she is very unlucky person. For 2 hours they couldnt find the person on charge. Then later a good Sylethi family decided to let her stay with them in their room. Why after paying for full package she doesn't have booking at hotel???? If something happens to my mother out of depression you guys will be held responsible. Allah will punish you for doing fraud business. This is her update so far, its been only almost 2 days now. InShaAllah i will update more. ( To the owner---to you it maybe just a business but for some it might be a "life")

The service is not good at all. Be careful when you book your flight to go for hajj. They say one thing and do another. Don't want to say much because I went with them last year. 100% disappointment.
