I bought an Audi A1 from this garage about a week and a half ago. When test driving the car I noticed a sat nav button so asked if the car had sat nav as this was one of the additional extras I was looking for as my job involves driving to a lot of places Ive never been to. He told me he was unsure but his colleague was an Audi specialist so i could ask him. The colleague told me all I needed was an SD card and showed me the one to buy on eBay for 90, this seemed easy enough so I bought the car. I later found out after speaking to 3 audi centres that the car is not able to have sat nav and if I wanted it I would need to purchase a 600+ retrofit sat nav device. I called the garage to tell them this as I felt as though I had been mislead. They told me they would speak to the Audi specialist and call me back 2 days later I had not received a call back so I rang them. No progress was made and I was told theyd call me back again .. 1 week later and Ive still not heard back. Im disappointed with how the garage dealt with the situation and wish they had been honest from the start. If they had told me they were unsure if the car would have sat nav I would have done my research before buying or bought another car. Furthermore, on buying the car I was told theyd fill it with some diesel for my drive home (there was a petrol shortage at the time), however on setting off the fuel dial hadnt changed since the test drive. Unfortunately I cant recommend this company as I was told false information and the company are unwilling to admit their mistake.

Awesome car club with some amazing cars to rent. Have been renting from these guys since the start and its never been anything other than perfect. The service and the enthusiasm within the company is brilliant.
