Hello, I am sorry if you feel that I have been rude in any way. We don't have any families with parents named Julia or Jose, so I am not sure if this is a one time interaction. Our door does have a code for security purposes and enrolled parents have the code and we have a door code policy that our families and staff adhere to. There is a doorbell located near our door. If you are using our doorbell, our school is very large and it does take some time to reach the door from the back of the school. I always try and greet everyone at the door with a smile and hello. Thanks for your feedback and have a wonderful day.

One of the staff (with green hair and eyeglasses) there is very unprofessional, I don't know if she is the owner or what, but she is really rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional, she gives you attitude even when she sees you outside and takes much time to open the door.
This school is definitely not worth the money that they are charging parents. First of all the curriculum is not half as good as they say it is. They say the kids learn Spanish which is a complete lie! They seem a little short staffed and have teachers jumping around from class to class to barely get by. Anytime I asked my son what he did he said they played outside and maybe did some arts and crafts. To top it all off my son said he got hit by a teacher after going there for a couple of months, and the school isn't even taking it serious. It's been weeks and still no answers. They have cameras that I didn't know about until the incident, which is why I'm so angry that they can't call me back with all the details that happened through out the day. When I asked which teachers were in the class room they couldn't even tell me because their so called teachers weren't signing in at the front office. It seemed like the teachers were trying to cover it up so they didn't have to fire someone. They basically said he may have been mistaken. My son is three and his story never changed. I highly doubt he would mistake someone hitting him on the arm! I am not happy with this school at all, and if I could I would give no stars.
My 4yo daughter just started going there and they are handling her transition from hanging out at home to school perfectly, well worth the money.
