We are launching a new product line and had a lot of communication back and forth with OXO to determine the correct size boxes and options available. I went back and counted 19 emails back and forth with the Manager of Sales. Then I just received an email that said "...I really apologize, I just got to know that our company policy is not to make any wine packaging..." The webpage looks impressive, but I'd be cautious with how much time you give them, probably okay to purchase something off the shelf, but if you need something to be made custom then beware.

Great experience. I got kraft pillow boxes with a printed colorful logo. Everything was done over chat on their website and through email. I sent pictures, and said how many I wanted. I received a quote, I paid for it in advance (which I was a little worried about, but then it was fine), and got my boxes in under 2 weeks. The pillow boxes are thinner than what Ive used in the past, but still good quality. People I worked with, especially Joseph Matt, were quick to respond, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend, because their prices were the best I have seen!

Great job! I liked oxo packaging's service, they were professional and were able to rush my order when I needed it. I have used them twice for my Soap box packaging they offer me competitively very low pricing with high quality boxes. Daniel was the one to help me out and he was very responsive and quick to make changes if I needed them. Their attention to detail and their graphic mockups are very impressive. Will definitely work with them again!
