My family and I went to Devils Den this past Saturday 05/28/22 around noon. It was my first visit to any Florida springs ever, not only mine but for my entire family. I have to say we loved the spring itself!! The photos do not do it justice! We absolutely enjoyed it and will be back regardless of the RUDE staff. There was a older lady on her in her 70s with a possible accent from either South Africa or UK, she was so condescending and patronizing to my family and I. We walked up to the counter to check in and she treated us terrible. She didnt want to be bothered. Whoever is in charge needs to train her in customer service skills! She was a miserable old lady! Made my first impression a horrible experience until we went in the actual springs! Dont let the the HORRIBLE staff ruin your experience!

It was an amazing experience. Make sure you make a reservation. They are police/first responder friendly. The grounds are clean and the den was breathtaking.

Went to Devils Den Prehistoric Springs. Had an amazing time. The water is COLD. A most visited place.
