This is the actual company who provided the poor quality product. Upset with our request for a refund, chose to ghost write a review and then actually give us a poor rating with their company account. They have never been a customer of our company. ABCD has been in business for 8 years and has never received a negative review online or otherwise.

We believe this to be a vendor who provided a poor quality product that we had to then sever ties with.
