I didn't get the option to see a show. You are also very far from most birds so you need a good camera. Prices in the gift shop is robbery.... I saw an awesome owl jewelry box but it was priced at $48 so I decided not to purchase it. I went online later on and found the exact same one size and all for $18. Not sure why they would charge so much over. I do for $10 over but $30????? The map was a little confusing. The only reason why I gave the 3 stars was because there was an older gentleman walking around and he was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you may have and they did have some AWESOME BIRDS... just very far away... I do understand safety reasons for distance with the birds but it was disappointing.

I give it two stars because the young kids that work there were rude and lazy. And also, a lot of the bird cages were filthy. Some even looked sad and miserable in their cages. Overall we enjoyed it enough but the tickets were too expensive for the rudeness and laziness we got that day from the young staff you have. I guess its a thing nowadays where no one smiles or greets you as you walk by them. They looked too busy making conversation with their own than trying to be friendly to us as we are walking around or entering the building.

Took our grandsons here and had a wonderful time. Would recommend it for the opportunity to learn more about raptors and to see them up close!

Would get a 0 for false information online. Than closed 10 minutes earlier and no information over phone of opening and closing.
