They did a great job. We are very pleased with the deck and with the crew that built it. They were professional, efficient, and thorough. Our new deck is better than we imagined! The process was smooth from start to finish. Robert listened to our concerns about preventing water in the basement, and came up with solutions to get it right while we had the opportunity. We're so glad he recommended Trex Transcend because we felt the colors were superior. Jamie phoned us himself to tell us when they were starting the job, and was available immediately when we had questions about the colors. On the job, Alex and his crew were fantastic. He went above and beyond in fixing rotted wood on our house. He was also extremely professional and helpful. He always took the time to answer any questions we had. The work was started on time. Deck workers were experienced in tearing out the old deck. Cleaned all debris away and kept the yard clean. They completed the job on time. Bob helped us design the deck and went the extra mile to bring more samples out for us to choose from. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our selections. There were a few minor items that need their attention and they were right out to meet our needs. We are very happy with the company and would highly recommend them. You wont be sorry.
