Yes this place is a rip off but the cupcakes are addictive. I grabbed a set of 25 for a birthday party and everyone was raving over them. The cake is super soft and moist and just awesome.

This product is definitely bad quality. It's not a fresh product, it's something with an artificial flavor. Apparently not made with buttercream, possibly some kind of whipped cream with lots of sugar. The cupcake box doesn't come with the flavors, that would be a problem, but it's not... Do you know why? Because they all taste the same. The cake batter has a very strong wheat flour taste. The cupcake is called a mini cupcake, but it should be called a micro. Something similar to this product can easily be purchased at any supermarket with a cheaper price.
