Massively helpful and well communicated. I had a unique situation to where I have an old jacket from over 25 years ago that I wanted to recreate with embroidery on. After providing the files and the jacket, they made a perfect job of stitching quality and replicating the sizing perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have some embroidery work done.
