I have been waiting on an app to be published in the apple store for months. I started this process back in May 2021, there was so much back and forth, I did make some changes however this has been the worst experience ever. I paid over 2000.00 and still cannot show for it. I am constantly getting messages from Mrs. Sheba saying that she doesnt know why apple wont approve it or coming back and asking me to do all the leg work that 2000.00 should have covered. I literally have nothing to show for the money I spent and the entire experience has been unpleasant, unprofessional and unorganized. I have not been offered anything for inconvenience and in addition was just asked to pay an additional 100.00 to get the app published after waiting since summer for this to be done. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
