Bought an igniter for my dryer from this guy only because he was open until 5:30 and told him I was also going to test the fuse first,and turned out the fuse was blown and he would not let me return the igniter. Not once did he tell me it was not returnable until the next day when I wanted do.Also was very rude and argumentative on the phone. Last time fore me going to this place. STAY AWAY there many other appliance parts dealers in Cleveland to go to. Just don't go here. BAD BAD BAD
