Yes unfortunately due to state mandates we are on our 3rd shutdown. Thank you Kassidy for the review, we're very sorry to hear you were not impressed with your service as we strive to be the absolute best in customer service and hair services. When you came in for your visit back on March 1st your hair was incredibly compromised and was breaking as it was bleached past its ability and was extremely damaged from heat and bleach application prior to coming in to see Tiffany. We take great care and pride in being safe with our color applications and never use heat with our lightener or bleaching services which means it takes a little longer to allow the hair to lift naturally with the heat of the head. Tiffany did a full foil and platinum card of foils and toned and cut and styled your hair. It can take up to 6 hours for this process as you were naturally a very dark brown. 4 hours for this color correction is a very decent time frame but again are sorry you decided to wait 6 months to write a review or let us know you were unhappy with the timing. We do have the before and after pictures of the work and your hair looked absolutely beautiful and so much healthier when you left Bleach and Brawn. My hairdresser, Tiffany, was very nice and the salon was in a convenient location. However, I was not impressed with my color or cut. And it took her 4 hours. I switched to another salon.

I had my hair done with Flor and I'm so glad I found her. She does great work. I came out feeling thoroughly pampered and like a million bucks! Didn't get color or highlights done, but that's next on my list. Highly recommend this place.

Found this salon b/c I was looking for Eufora hair products. I was greeted and helped quickly by a very knowledgeable stylist. The owner also introduced herself. They treated me like a client even though I was just buying product. Excellent service that I very much appreciated! Thank you.
