They bought the apartment that I lived in, attempted to evict everyone with a document claiming that the lease was terminated, come to find out they just wanted to try and scare everyone out of the building. After realizing that we had a copy of our lease they let us stay till our lease was over, the only problem is they wont return emails, calls, texts, or Conversations (a feature that barely works on their website). A little side note to anyone who wants to live in any property these people own. They dont care about the residents or their wellbeing. So I formerly served as the HOA president of the Canton Village subdivision and Patty Bravo is our subdivision manager. Working with Gus Terrones and Patty Bravo has been a fantastic experience. Both Patty and Gus are very responsive, knowledgeable, and truly look out for their clients. They are not out to take your money, as a matter of fact when we started working with PMI, Patty found ways that we could save money which we needed to do. Patty was able to help us build the road to recovery. Be careful who you choose as a management company to manage your subdivision but I can personally vouch for PMI, Gus, and Patty. You are in good hands with them.
My roommate and I were very happy with our place and its perfect location. We had minor issues with leasing, but were treated very well by the management who helped us through it.
Horrible communication and customer service. I have reached out to this company 3 times regarding my lease renewal options and even spoken to a Vice President named Lee with no response. Apparently paying your rent on time means nothing.
