They have the worst support/customer service. I was having problems with my salon touch system The computer was completely down and I could not put anyone into the beds to tan. This all started at 11:30 AM they then had a salesman call me back trying to sell me the upgraded version version of salon touch or to pay $295 to fix my system. It is now 5:45 PM they are closed and I still have not received a phone call from their support team to try and fix the problem. Do not use their software! The support system is terrible!!

I've been using Salon Touch for over 15 years now and they have been great to deal with. Software has always been on par and the support is top notch!
