They don't listen to what you want. Told sales that needed a van or SUV with 3nd row. Then next thing they come with keys for sedans and pick-up truck. When I say this is not what I want or I asked. I get told will if you need a car beggers can't be choosers. Needless to say wife and I went down street and got in to what we wanted. Figure give them another chance the other day. Went in started looking to see what they had. Was there for 30 mins and not once did anyone come out. I even stood in front of office and smoked while calling office to get help and nothing. My thing is I should not will noone should have to hunt down someone to get help. But it's all good went some where else with my $500 down payment and got in to a 2014 jeep

This place is the worst customer service ever. The women in this establishment do not know how to handle customers issues, they are very rude, never know what theyre talking about, and dont care. Someone told me they dont have to help me, that shes here for a check. This company will lie and cheat you out of your money. Never in my life would I come here to buy car/truck even if it was the last lot on earth. 0 Stars!!!!

I bought my first truck here awhile ago it was a Ford excursion 2001 ran great good shape I was happy with it I was 18 I got rid of it because the mother of my child couldn't drive it I was in the market for a new truck and same situation these guys go above for there customers keep in mind I'm 29 now I couldn't be more satisfied with my recent experience I knew about Owings for a while in between I went to some tot to notes that sell junk i wised up and came back Owings can promise you Owings auto stands behind there vehicles 110% great car lot great staff thank you sharoom for helping get what I need

Owings sold us a Chevrolet Suburban for our family of five and it broke down on us and left us without a vehicle. We paid our car payment on time and put down 2500 for a vehicle that left us on foot. They gave us the run around when the transmission went out they supposedly had it repaired, but when we finally got the suburban back a month later the transmission was still slipping that very same day of pick up. After two weeks it finally gave out again for good. This dealership doesn't care about helping people and their female staff are very unprofessional when you need them to make things right. We paid our car payment and expected to them to keep their end of the deal by taking care of the problems with the vehicle that are COVERED UNDER WARRANTY but they didn't care.
