When I first started this, I was worried they might be a scam because I'd never heard of this, but they aren't. I'm not a citizen, but live here and it can be very stressful to sell property. Rick was always helpful and he would even do additional research to answer my questions. The whole process was very quick as well. Maybe I could have gotten more money from using a real estate agent, but it would have been tons of renovation work and cost to do so at first, which I didn't have. Trust me, these people will do their best to help you sell your home!!!
