Unhappy with what i ordered. Overpriced. No return labels provided. No address to send it back. No response to requests for assistance and then charged for the item bc it was returned after date stipulated in small print. I LOST money on trying this company. Save yourself the headache and dont bother.

What a complete rip off. The price was excessive especially for the quality of the clothing. The return policy is ridiculous... So much so that I paid to send an item back and was never refunded. I never write reviews. But I am infuriated every time I see this place come up on my feed. #stayaway

I ordered several gowns, which are lovely, but were not flattering. The merchandise was shipped without return shipping labels. I've called the 800 number provided three times and I've yet to receive a call back. This is over a two and half week time period. I didn't even receive a product number or any information they requested on their online return. Please, please, please, could someone at CoEdition call me back. There's a lot of money on the line here and I don't want to continue to be responsible for these lovely gowns any longer. I will leave a fourth message with my information again. Thank you.
